Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. Who is in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. They prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring other engineers while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Project Manager for Embedded System projects / Automated Test Equipment projects
- Experience in Project Planning, Scheduling of different phases and Tracking
- Experience in tracking supplier deliverables as per project schedule
- Experience in People management and Project management; Should be well versed with quality processes;
- Experience in Product development from Concept, Prototyping, Field testing and Design Validation
- Experience in mentoring the project teams
- Excellent in Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in negotiating with customers
- Experience in performance benchmarking, Quality metrics
- Experience in Embedded Software development and Embedded Hardware development
- Experience in building Hardware in Loop Automated Test Systems, Labview Software development
- PMP certified
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech or ME/M Tech in ECE/EEE/CSE with 8+ years of experience in Embedded Electronics industry with aspiration to grow in Project Management
