I purchased Rennova's Elevator Access Control System (ACS), and while I found it to be slightly more expensive compared to other imported ACS options, I am extremely satisfied with the product's quality and value for money. Despite being purchased in 2015 with a warranty period of only six months, the ACS has been running smoothly without any issues up until now. The longevity and reliability of the system have exceeded my expectations, making it a worthwhile investment.
In 2016, I purchased an ACS (Access Control System) from Rennova. After a couple of years, when I required servicing, instead of sending a service person, a representative from Rennova contacted me and provided instructions on how to address the issue myself. Although I was initially hesitant, I followed their instructions, and to my pleasant surprise, the ACS started functioning perfectly without any additional costs. I must commend Rennova for both the excellent product and their exceptional service.
